The Home-A-Rama 2020 event kicks off on September 18th and our team couldn’t be more excited to participate! Featuring 11 gorgeous homes in the exquisite Holliday Farms community in Zionsville, we will be teaming up with Deb Jones Interiors to stage 11082 Holliday Farms Boulevard – a stunning home by Williams Custom Art Builders.
The custom-built home, shown below, is on a beautifully wooded lot and includes 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 2 half baths with a spacious and open floor plan. We love the European farmhouse feel of this house. As part of this project, we will be staging the custom kitchen, dining room, sunroom, great room, master bedroom, and office space. Here’s a sneak peek at the before photos of the spaces we’ll be designing.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, including a hood range with unique hammered detailing, marble countertops, a large island and pantry, plenty of warm, taupe-colored cabinetry, and beautiful pendant lights. We envision many amazing meals being cooked in this space. The kitchen also extends to a dining room across from the island with ample room for a large family table.
Sunroom
The sunroom is situated right off the kitchen with triple windows on all three sides bringing in the picturesque view of the tree-filled and landscaped backyard, which includes a built-in grill and fire pit area. This is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee.
Great Room
The great room is truly grand for family gatherings! It features a custom bar and entertainment space. The large fireplace does not disappoint as the focal point of the room with beautiful stacked stone and built-in shelving and storage on either side. The coffered ceiling adds the perfect touch of elegance and accentuates the soaring ceilings.
Master Bedroom / Bathroom
The main floor master boasts a vaulted ceiling with lovely beams and plenty of windows that fill the room with natural light. The master bathroom features an enormous shower with dual shower heads, dual vanity, and a large, walk-in dressing room with custom storage units. This room is a true retreat for any couple.
